My experience was excellent , traffic to Ventura was great, (less than 30 min from Agoura Hills. Office staff was very welcoming and assisted me right away. Dr. Billy came in and was busy but provided all the time necessary. The entire experience was very pleasant.

He took a lot of time with me on the phone I did not feel rushed at all talking to him and that was really nice. Usually doctors are always in a hurry especially when they’re as popular and good as Dr. Billy, but he took all the Time in the world with me, and it was very nice.

Dr Billy it’s a great surgeon. I just feel he needs to hire more nurses and staff to have better customer service. Sometimes I feel like I am rush so they can get me out of the office faster.
